Ego or arrogance?

Yes, I have a huge ego. And I believe it is totally ok to have one, as long as you know you do. Some people have big egos but are too dumb to admit it… or simply dumb. I think you have to deserve to have an ego… if you’re an idiot, having an ego will just make you a jackass. If you’re smart,… well then you’re a smart-ass but at least you have the pleasure to know you’re one.

Usually, you can easily recognize the fake big ego people. They’re the ones who would take their case for a general rule and think they know things when they obviously not. They’re also the susceptible kind and hate being busted being wrong.

But if you’re not an idiot, having a big ego and a touch of arrogance could turn your pathetic life into an awesome one and here’s how; you start not caring about idiots because all of the sudden, everything revolves around you. There’s another bonus that comes with being an arrogant prick… is that it acts as a natural friend selection. With time I was able to be surrounded by intelligent people who gets me… because here’s the thing, being arrogant and knowing you are makes you not so arrogant. It’s inversely proportional to kindness… if you KNOW you’re a kind person, then you’re not reaaally a kind person, right?

Point is, having an ego and a touch of arrogance is awesome because it also gives you confidence. I used to be a very introverted kid but since then, I was able to have an awesome surrounding (this is rare… me praising my friends so don’t get used to it).
