The Dark knight, the suit

In the world of comics, there are basically two schools of thoughts. You’ve got DC comics… and Marvel. When DC launched Batman, thanks to Bob Kane, it was such a big hit that Marvel had to come up with its own dark super-hero. Which they miserably failed by creating Daredevil… You know, that blind dude wearing a red suit, jumping around using like a sonar to move around (bit like a bat… omg).

But we’re here to talk about the whole bat theme and the suit. Bruce Wayne is a multi-billionair dude and with all his money, he managed to make a suit as cliché as possible. Everything is “bat branded”. The ninja stars, the car, the belt, and yes, even the logo on his chest… I mean really… is he a marketing genius or what? I bet he’s go bat-condoms too! I get the mask, I get the cape. Hell I even get the ninja stars but a logo? really?

If you’re a geek like me, you’ll notice that there’s another super rich guy who’s also playing super hero… it’s Tony Stark, aka Ironman! His suit is so badass, I’d rather wear that than looking like a bat. Also Ironman can fly… try to top that. Finally, personality wise, you can tell that Tony and Bruce are two completely different billionaires. One is arrogant, extravagant and a player while the other is stylish, classy and timid.
