Feminists gathering

Couldn’t resist… yesterday’s strip gave me the inspiration. Behind that nasty strip lies a truth… women want too much too quickly at the same time. Unlike what you think, I respect and love women (yes even the ugly ones although they must make more effort…) but I strongly believe that some of them are fighting the wrong cause. Sure it looks ideal that we both have the same salary for example… but is it realistic? There are many biological reasons why we’re not equals. Hell, even among MEN we’re not equal…

But careful, there’s no “superior” or “inferior” between men and women. We’re simply better at many things, women at others. And honestly, it’s even more natural than you think. There are many variables that tell us how different we are… starting with hobbies. Yes we have some common ones but why are most restaurant chef men? Why most hairdressers are either women or male homosexual (of course, not all but a vast majority). Cliché? Stereotypes? You tell me.

…that whole mess probably started when somehow Eve became the temptress and God somehow got a dick…if the laws are hundred years rotten, religions are millenia…
again all that won’t matter once we’ll erase our human gender stuff through cybernetic and virtuality…

    i rest my case…

For most high level position, it takes a great deal of committment and time to reach the top. The only way a woman can do that along with having a family is to have the other half of the couple at home who takes care of the family. When men are ready to do so, maybe there will be more women chefs.
Anyway, the point here is not the fact that women have lower salaries for different position or competences, it’s the fact that women have lower salaries for the exact same position where gender doesn’t impact a bit. You know, like sitting behind a desk and slack the whole day?

Luechan > “cliché” is actually used in English… like “restaurant”. And there are no stupid questions… only stupid people.
    gin-gin > cool link!
Aprigo > who would actually know better about slacking than you? <3

N’importe quoi.
